Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Items must be unopened in original packaging or never used to qualify for a return.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item — so we can evaluate and make it right.

Customer Remorse Returns
If you ordered by mistake, changed your mind, or no longer need the item — please contact us immediately so we can evaluate and assist you.
For remorse returns, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee ($0.00).
Exchanges
Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures the fastest possible turnaround.
What If My Order Is Late or Doesn't Arrive?
If you don't receive your order within 60 days of placing it, we promise a full refund — no questions asked.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund was approved.
