Shipping
- Shipping is free.
- Processing: orders are processed within 3–7 days. You then receive a tracking number.
- Delivery: delivery to the USA usually takes 15–35 days, depending on the postal service. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
- If an order has not arrived within 60 days, the store refunds it in full under its customer protection policy.
Returns
- You can request a return within 15 days of receiving your item.
- Items should be unopened in the original packaging or never used.
- Email hello@shoptery.com to start a return. If it is accepted, you receive a return shipping label and instructions. Please do not send an item back before the request is accepted.
