Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment.
Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you are. Every day our mission is to deliver to customers across the USA and ensure the highest levels of responsiveness at any time.
Once an order has been submitted, you will receive order status updates and a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

No minimum order value. No hidden fees. Your order ships free, always.
Handling, Transit & Cut-off Times
Confirmation email sent immediately.
Your order is picked, packed, and prepared for dispatch. Mon – Fri only, excluding holidays.
Products ship from our overseas warehouse in China — this allows us to offer a wider selection at competitive prices. Mon – Fri only.
Your package arrives at your door.
All orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed the same business day.
Order Acceptance & Pricing
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed for various reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. You may be asked to provide additional verification — including phone number or address — before we accept your order.
To prevent fraud, we reserve the right to validate payment details before dispatching any product. This may include identity, residence, or banking verification checks. Orders where fraudulent card use is suspected may be cancelled immediately.
We strive to display accurate pricing at all times. However, if a pricing error occurs, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you accordingly.
What Happens After I Place an Order?
You'll receive a confirmation email containing your order number and receipt. Your order will typically ship within 3 – 7 business days (excluding holidays). Orders with customizations may take longer.
Check your spam folder if you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox.
If no confirmation email arrives, email hello@shoptery.com with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received".
For custom orders, we will contact you separately to confirm customizations before processing.

How Do I Track My Order?
Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us at hello@shoptery.com and we will assist you.
